Walk with the Elders.

Days on foot across Maasai land with the elders and the herd. A leadership journey led by Legis and the people who have led here for generations.

Leadership was here long before it had a name.

What it is. A journey on foot across Amboseli with Maasai elders and the herd. You walk at the pace of the cattle, sit with the elders at the fire and watch how a community leads itself: who speaks, who listens, how decisions are made and carried.

Who it's for. Founders, leaders, teams, and coaches who want to bring their clients somewhere that changes them. No workshop room, no slides. The land does the teaching.

What makes it ours. The elders are the teachers, named and paid for what they teach. Legis designs the journey and owns it. And every place grows the community herd you walk beside. Ancestral wisdom, for the way we lead now.

Legis and the elders

Led by Legis and the elders.

Legis ole Sailepo is a Maasai warrior leader and a trained guide. He and the elders shape every day of this journey: where you walk, what is shared, and what stays theirs.

We're shaping the journey now with a leadership coach, so the days on the land connect to the work you go home to. Be one of the first groups, or if you're a coach, build it with us.

Legis is part of the School of Elevation, where every community rep is learning digital skills to grow their own business. Your journey backs that too. Meet the School of Elevation →

See it for yourself.

The journey, day by day.

Led on the ground by Legis and the elders. The route can shift with weather, season and what the community needs that week.

Your trip pays for goats and a cow for the community herd you walk with. The community chose it. Your group sees it arrive.

Goats.

Wealth on four legs, for the families who asked for them.

A cow.

Cattle sit at the heart of Maasai life, and growing the herd is on the community's own list.

Paid teachers.

The elders who walk with you are paid for what they teach.

Where your money goes.

£333

of every place goes straight to the goal the community chose.

Paid fairly.

Questions people actually ask.

What is a discovery trip?

The first time we run this journey. Genevieve walks it with you, alongside Legis and the elders, and together we shape what it becomes. Real and early, not a polished package.

Do I need to be fit?

Reasonably. You'll walk most of the day in heat. Nobody is left behind, and the elders set the pace.

Is this a retreat?

No. There is no programme of sessions. You learn by walking, listening and living alongside the community.

Can we bring our own coach?

Yes. Coaches can bring their own clients on a white-label journey. Book a call and we'll build it with you.

How every journey works: who leads, where the money goes, flights and groups.

Every journey starts with a conversation.

Tell us who's coming and why, then book a call with us. No payment until we've both said yes.
