  • We hadn't planned on including English, aiming to empower through existing strengths, not impose new ways. However, a powerful, consistent request has come directly from the communities themselves. Recognising English as a vital tool for global connection, we are now also seeking passionate volunteer English Teachers for our learners worldwide, and crucially, experienced Teacher Trainers willing to help upskill our local team in Kenya. This role requires a different level of commitment, likely more regular engagement, but we envision building small, collaborative teams to make it sustainable. If empowering through language resonates with you, please reach out specifically about this unique opportunity.

100% of all viral content created on our Elev-Eight platforms is redistributed to social impact. 90% goes directly to the community that created the content, and 10% is reinvested by the community in paying it forward to create a general fund for elevation.

We cover our own costs through our digital agency work and invest directly in the School of Elevation. We don't waste time chasing donations; we spend it creating, connecting, and exploring alongside you. We, the core team, are part of this learning ecosystem too – constantly growing, sharing, and figuring things out together.
